Founded in 2015 by brothers David and Michael Mino, Mino Brother Realty, LLC is a limited liability real estate firm offering a full range of real estate services. We offer residential (buying and selling), commercial services and property management. On the residential side of our business, if you are looking to purchase a house or sell your house we can help you navigate the waters and guide you through the process, as well as supply you all the neccisary paperwork to help. Our property management offings are designed to help market your rental, do background checks on potential tenants and help manage and protect your investment if you have one or one hundred properties we have the tools to help.

About the Brothers.

Brothers David and Michael grew up in Indiana and know when you are looking for a place to live you want something you can be proud to call home.

David has a managing brokers license #RB14043330 and has been a real estate professional since 2009. He attended Indiana State University and Ball State University and posses a Bachelors in Business Management - Management Information Systems. In addition to being in real estate, he is also a accomplished pilot and instructor examiner for the Federal Aviation Administration. His years of experience and established relationships with local lenders, title agencies, inspectors and assessors have placed him in a unique position to help you with any real estate needs you may have.

Michael has a brokers license #RB14052512 and has been a real estate professional since 2014. After graduating high school in Delaware county, he moved to California and attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he acquired his Bachelors in Psychology. He worked for several years at a hedge fund in San Diego as their Director of Operations and Senior Analyst. He then moved on to work for a SCUBA diving manufacture where he was an event coordinator and continues to teach SCUBA diving locally. In 2013 he married his wife and moved back to Indiana to be closer to his family and decided to partner with his brother David working real estate. His background in management, analytics, investments and customer support give him a unique position to help you in whatever real estate needs you may have from residential to commercial to property management.
